RCCD Annual Report

Measure CC is a WIN for the Inland Empire

Voters in the Riverside Community College District approved Measure CC in November 2024, a $954 million bond to modernize and expand the District’s educational infrastructure. Certified on Dec. 13 with more than 58% support, the measure provides funding for renovations at Moreno Valley College, Norco College, and Riverside City College, as well as new facilities in Corona and Jurupa Valley, including the Inland Empire Technical Trade Center and expanded classroom and lab upgrades.

Chancellor Wolde-Ab Isaac, Ph.D., said the measure will transform RCCD. “The District and its colleges will be able to complete crucial facility and equipment upgrades, construct new buildings, provide enhancements to security and technology, and facilitate the expansion of skilled training offerings,” he said. He added, “This investment in RCCD will pay huge dividends toward the economic vitality of this region… ensuring social justice, equity, and pathways from poverty to prosperity.”
