Why go to college? Because it is good for you!
With the knowledge and skills acquired in college, students are empowered to seize more opportunities to learn, grow, and advance in their chosen fields of study; graduates can find better jobs in industries and organizations that value their training and credentials; and people who are already working can advance or even change careers as they add new skillsets and expertise.
The colleges of the Riverside Community College District (RCCD) provide an astounding variety of opportunities to learn and develop or increase talents. We provide access that goes beyond the norm. Financial aid and scholarships are available to all who need them. Specialized resource centers on each campus provide additional help to address basic needs and support unique or marginalized student populations.
Community support and partnerships with businesses, government, and neighboring universities are expanding the capacity and capabilities of our community colleges. In this annual report you will see the evidence of this growth and realize the significant impact these colleges have on the people and communities we serve.
